Cozy Cove Candles Bath & Body Shop LLC., started in 2015.  We first started out doing lots of research and testing with all the different waxes, scents, wicks that are used, and the chemistry of candle making and more.  As we wanted to keep our products all natural.

So, we converted a room off of our garage into a peaceful place for us to begin our journey.  That was where all the testing began.  We had spent many long nights testing different waxes, scents that are used, wicks, the chemistry of candles, etc.

That's when I realized that soy was the way to go.  Learning about all the soy waxes and oils was a learning experience.  After all my finding, I choose a US Soy grown wax that is non-GMO (no genetically modified material).  With all the testing we were able to achieve a very well-balanced product that produces an alluring aroma and has a long smooth burn.

 

Soy wax burns slower and burns 20’ cooler than paraffin, resulting in a longer more consistently burning candle and last up to 50% longer than paraffin candles.  Most soy candle companies will use a blend of paraffin and soy; then they call it a “Soy Candle.” This blend enables the wax to burn at a higher temperature and enhances the scent-throw compared to 100% soy wax.  However, for our customers health and environmental reasons Cozy Cove Candles Bath & Body Shop LLC., did not want to use any paraffin wax which is “Petroleum Based” in our products.

We have worked very hard to get to this point and will continue to work hard to provide our customers with the quality of products that they deserve.

All our products are hand-poured in small batches to insure a hand-made quality product.  All of our products are Phthalate Free and carry a wide variety of different size products and fragrances too choose from.
